Please do not book this property if you intend to be loud or host a party. NOTE: Since we have 5 bedrooms, this home is designed to sleep 12 comfortably. BUT, we can accommodate up to 14 guests at an extra fee of $50/night for each additional guest (over 12). The sleeping arrangement would then be: a. 1 additional guest in the queen bottom bunk b. 1 additional guest on a floor mattress (very high quality memory foam mattress) ** Please list all guests when booking. It is very important so that we prepare adequately to make your stay comfortable. We do monitor the number of guests upon entry with an exterior camera. ** ** Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, we do have one noise decibel detecting device in the family room and one on the back deck to monitor compliance. These devices do NOT monitor conversations. They simply detect decibel levels. ** ** Also, for the safety of our guests and for the protection of the property in between stays, we have 3 exterior cameras monitoring the entry points of the house. They do NOT monitor anything inside the house and do not monitor the hot tub area. **
