We do not assume liability or responsibility for the vehicle, the occupants, or any contents while the vehicle is being operated or while it is parked on the property. Noise: Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that nearby attractions and construction can occur. No refunds can be offered for inconveniences due to but not limited to construction, noise, town or road repair, and utility maintenance. Non-smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property and unit, including all decks, porches, and steps. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, encompassing tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs. This prohibition extends to all areas of the Property. No Firearms or Weapons: Guests are not permitted to carry firearms or weapons on the Property.
